What Keeps Me Going: Riley, Liam, Colin, and our dogs. And being able to help others by reminding them that getting up to get ready for a run or workout is going to be the hardest part of the run or workout

What is your earliest sports story/memory?: Probably a field hockey game -maybe like 9th grade – but I was dribbling the ball down the field and a girl from the other team body checks me (I was super tiny!) and I flew across the field, it felt like a cartoon haha
